- Return Window & Conditions
- 3 days or 72 hours from delivery for exchanges or store credit
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging
- Refunds (only in rare cases)
Refunds are generally not offered, except for:- Faulty/damaged items
- Items significantly not as described
- Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchange for another item of equal or greater value
- If new item is higher price, customer pays difference
- If lower, difference issued as store credit or gift voucher
- Hygiene & Final-Sale Items
- Undergarments, hijabs, scarves are final sale – no returns
- Mark such items in the product listing
- Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping, using tracked service
- Original shipping charges non-refundable, including free‑shipping promo
- How to Return or Exchange
- Contact support (email/link) with order number + reason
- Support issues a Return Authorization (RA)
- Customer ships item within 3 days after receiving RA
- Processing Timeline
- Processing upon receipt may take up to 7 days
- Store credit or exchange processed within 2 business days
- Non‑compliance Clause
- Items not meeting conditions (worn, missing tags, makeup marks) will be returned to sender, no credit issued
