Return & Exchange Policy for Luna by Sharifah

  1. Return Window & Conditions
    • 3 days or 72 hours  from delivery for exchanges or store credit
    • Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging
  2. Refunds (only in rare cases)
    Refunds are generally not offered, except for:
    • Faulty/damaged items
    • Items significantly not as described
  3. Exchanges & Store Credit
    • Exchange for another item of equal or greater value
    • If new item is higher price, customer pays difference
    • If lower, difference issued as store credit or gift voucher
  4. Hygiene & Final-Sale Items
    • Undergarments, hijabs, scarves are final sale – no returns
    • Mark such items in the product listing
  5. Shipping Costs
    • Customer pays return shipping, using tracked service
    • Original shipping charges non-refundable, including free‑shipping promo
  6. How to Return or Exchange
    • Contact support (email/link) with order number + reason
    • Support issues a Return Authorization (RA)
    • Customer ships item within 3 days after receiving RA
  7. Processing Timeline
    • Processing upon receipt may take up to 7 days
    • Store credit or exchange processed within 2 business days
  8. Non‑compliance Clause
    • Items not meeting conditions (worn, missing tags, makeup marks) will be returned to sender, no credit issued
